Lowell was born and raised in the metro Atlanta area, where he developed a strong sense of community and a passion for justice early on. A proud 1989 graduate of Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, Lowell has built a respected reputation over the decades as a skilled and dedicated trial attorney.
