Michael J. Lober

Attorney Michael Lober has almost 35 successful years of representing clients in both litigation
and transactional matters nationwide. His early career was focused on representing
governmental entities in a wide range of litigation matters with a side niche of representing hotel
owners and developers. Over the course of his career, Mike began focusing on representing
insurance companies in regulatory, transactional and litigation matters. While he still represents
clients in the insurance industry, Mike also represents consumers in class action lawsuits
against insurers cheating their customers.

Born In Merritt Island, Florida, Mike graduated law school at Mercer University in 1990 an active
member of both the Florida and Georgia bar associations maintaining active practices in both
states, as well as litigating cases in federal courts around the country including Montana, New
York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, New Jersey, West Virginia, Texas, etc. He has
served as class counsel for clients nationwide and has achieved over $200,000,000 in

On the transactional side, Mike represents buyers and sellers of hotels, shopping centers, c-
stores, manufacturing facilities, IT companies, service companies, and more. With his unique
litigation background, Mike spots issues that may become problematic after the sale and works
with his clients to avoid those pitfalls before the deal closes.

When not working, Mike enjoys scuba diving, surfing, and any activity that involves water. He
lives part time in Florida, Atlanta and Costa Rica.
